The easiest way is to just DO IT!
Get a friend with whom you can practice and then just start
practicing. It doesn't matter where on earth he is but
it is prolly very important to know the 'atmosphere' of that
person.

We've done so that the other projects a shape with some color
and the other one reads that shape and color. After a while
we change the other way.

Personally I agree with Aldous Huxley when he said that the mind does not collect and impart information, its job is infact primarily to reduce the amount of information available (to the conscious mind).
We are all already deeply telepathic; the only thing that is stopping you accessing it is how well integrated, ordered, open and trained etc your mind is.

Oh I also agree with Bruce Lee when he said that consciousness is the biggest obstacle to action. It will get in the way with telepahy, the trick is to let things flow on their own. You need to not try, while at the same time observe - the more you want to do it, the more energy you put in, but at the same time the more you block that energy. Its paradoxical but thats psychic abilities for you. Generally they open up in sequence naturally to your state of spiritual development, ie you have to understand and KNOW the above to use certain high psychic abilities. Well, thats how is seems from my observations anyway.

Yes, definately.

When succuesfully communicating on "Telepathic band 2" through means of a "thought beam", as explained in the seminar, one can feel activity of the third eye chakra.

I sometimes do this while shopping concentrating on the vendor and thinking: "Let's offer this guy the best piece of chicken". Trust me, this works.

The most common use of telepathy (as mentioned in the seminar) is the broadcast of emotions.

You can feel it even if you are both in space-suits out in space. You could feel the emotion between the two people. If one was afraid you could feel it. So there is our first Band of Telepathy.

From my own experience this is pretty obvious and true. So telepathy isn't a mystery, we're using it all the time. Every time you send and receive feelings, it is done by telepathic means. Every time you can guess what somebody wanted to say even before he was able to express his thoughts in words, you have used your telepathic ability.

What this seminar does is giving you information, ideas and suggestions on how to improve your very natural skill.
