is mind reading the same thing as telepathy?

cainam_nazier

Yes.  But the term "mind reader" suggests that there is no communication going only that a person is reading a targets mind usually with out thier knowing it, or allowing it.

I wouldn't have to be a sender, would I? I don't have any fancy cards. :/
I need a signature that isn't stupid. :/

when people are talking about an event,it seems i can see the people that were involed and i am able to tell what they are wearing and what they are doing....what is that called?and is it . . . normal :|

To help facilitate this a little better I am going to be on line at a regular time for this starting Sunday's and Monday's at 700pm ARizona/USA time (which is -700hrs GMT).  Since most of the time I am on late at night, or early in the morning depending your spin on life, (3am) I have decided to set aside time to actually do this.  This is something I am really interested in but then later figured that the frequency that I am on-line could make it difficult for people to get a hold of me so now I have a regular time.

Just dropping a quick line to let any who is interested know that I will be available for Telepathy practice any time you catch me online.

Any one wishing to partisipate should be able to set aside 45 mins to a hour to do this.

The reason being that we will be using Zener cards to track progress and accuarcy.

A quick run down of how it is done.

There are 25 cards, 5 each of 5 different symbols.  There is a sender and a receiver.  The sender shuffles the cards to make sure they are random and then picks the top card.  The sender then tries to send that image to the receiver who tries to figure out what the card is.  The receiver does not tell the sender what they see right away, but instead just writes it down until all the cards have been gone through.  The sender keeps track of the actual order of the cards and they compair notes after.

Each card is focused on for a designated amount of time, usually 3 mins. but I am cutting it down to 2.

So if this kind of things sounds interesting to anyone please let me know or catch me while I am on line, time will vary.  But I use MSN Messenger with the e-mail listed below.
