So basically you're saying that time branches off for every decision that is made. I don't really like that theory personally, do you realize how many different timelines there would be? I think time is a physical dimension just like space, it doesn't "flow" in the sense that like one thing happens then another, it just "exists". One of the great mysteries of life.

It does not branch off for every decision, only some of them. Other decisions change the current timeline instead. The merging of timelines keeps the number of them low enough. I agree it "just exists". I know there are different timelines because a few minutes before I wrote that I saw many of them at the same time, each slightly different.

While doing telekinesis, I think I created a local timeline that branched off from the common/normal timeline then rejoined it. The only differences in it was that telekinesis was working, but it was different from normal telekinesis. I was trying to consciously exit the normal timeline isntead of moving things in it. Go to a place where telekinesis is already happening instead of causing it to happen. I made my thoughts be as similar as I could make them to the room I was in. I thought about as many details as I could at the same time. My thoughts attached to my local area of spacetime and branched off into a local timeline about as big as the room I was in and less than a minute long. The new timeline existing isnt enough to make it reality to my perception. Many timelines exist that differ from this one only slightly, and others farther away vary more. To physically go to any of them, you must think it is likely that the timeline will happen right now. What you expect determines which timeline you branch to. Most people expect to stay in this timeline, so they do. The local timeline I created was pulled to merge with this one as time went forward. It didnt take any work from me.
