Personally, I have no clue who's saying what when I use telepathy, heh. I can only make assumptions based on the answer I get. A lot of times it's a huge rush of information that's seen, felt, heard and understood in a very short spurt. For example it can take 5 seconds to receive a burst of thoughts I would spend 10 paragraphs describing later.

I think it happens to everyone now and then, when you're falling asleep. It's just that your mind - while in a trance - takes all the information matter-of-factly and doesn't consider the significance until you wake up and think about it.

Haha, it really is a bit like Men in Black - different species working everywhere, above our heads and beneath our feet. Some walk plainly among us and we can't even tell. So at times, talking with an off-worlder is like talking to someone from another country

But there's a lot of variety - perhaps hundreds of humanoid types we haven't classified. Some, you might get along with and some you might not. Some are more mature and some are obnoxious little imps. I once got into an argument with a guy who talked and looked like a human - but he had a big cranium and a slim, unclothed figure. (not quite as exaggerated as those TV aliens) He was a leader of some organization and his human followers were annoying me, so we had a little chat that was both interesting and annoying. His organization was crossing time periods in order to ward off an unsaid force that has been influencing humanity since the cave-man days- at least that's what I gathered. He was pushing me to join them but seemed half aware that I disliked him

Can you talk more about that organization and the leader? Thanks.

I only learned a little about them, but they were pretty interesting. All of this happened while my consciousness was projected.

Their building - and this will sound odd - was setup somewhere in Earth's future. They're somewhat independent of time. It was located in a big forest, and looked like either a small school or a big house, with ordinary wooden steps in the front, and a dirt road outside. The leader (a mostly-human looking guy except for his bigger cranium and inhumanly slim figure), was able to cross the time stream and I think he had lived in several eras of human history. Apparently he setup this building in Earth's future because that was a convenient time period to put it in.

One of his followers - a human - had been annoying me, and I followed that guy to the headquarters. There I met the leader (I don't remember what I said) and he allowed me inside because I had some interest in him. Just meeting another humanoid was fascinating. Inside, his building was a big library. We walked along the book shelves and he was talking about his thoughts and plans. There was some kind of conflict between his organization and another. I can't remember the details at all (maybe if I go into a trance I'll remember), but he talked in this very ambitious tone as though he needed me to take his side, trying to convince that there is some kind of danger. This annoyed me because he didn't leave anything to my discretion - he just talked like I have to hate his enemies as much as he does.

Back outside, he handed me a book and seemed more impatient with me. This was the strange part. While I looked at the book's cover, the guy leaned very close to my ear and said "Sometimes, in order for a cause to succeed, people need to be killed."

That's a concept I understand, but it seems this guy was as dangerous as his enemies. I had no clue how to respond.

He started walking back up the stairs. I said it was nice to have met another humanoid, but he just went inside. I opened the book he gave me and was rather surprised. It was full of ancient drawings (like cave-man drawings), page after page - I imagine he collected these from different time periods. Most were bland, and I had no clue why this book would interest me, but I flipped through it anyway.

I came upon this page that spooked me for some reason. There was a figure that looked particularly foreboding, very similar to the paintings from 'The Great Gallery' of Horseshoe Canyon http://4.bp.blogspot.com/__jN4a5X8PZw/RxZ1ekb5fbI/AAAAAAAAB9E/CflIsdCJv9o/s1600-h/H27.JPG http://2.bp.blogspot.com/__jN4a5X8PZw/RxZ2EEb5fiI/AAAAAAAAB98/u4i3n_Rujws/s1600-h/H13.JPG http://windsourceii.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html - it was dark with sprawled hair, and had small symbols in it. The symbols looked a bit like three eyes in random spots of his head, but they were also a bit like flying saucers. I didn't understand it but I think maybe this was an ancient drawing of the entity this organization was fighting.

Questioner

SO he gave you a book while you were projecting? Is that the only page you remember?

I saw a lot of drawings, but they were just your usual cave-scribbles of hunters and animals and things. If there was any meaning, it was lost on me.
Here's an attempt at drawing the strange figure I saw http://img376.imageshack.us/img376/6788/cavefg4h5656.jpg

I hear that North America before the European colonization was plagued by a group of Reptilians, especially in the West. The Navajos recorded images of reptilians on stone walls, but these pictures are off limits to the public unless you get a Navajo tour guide (as they can bypass government security). These reptilians used mind-tricks to cause conflicts between the native tribes and control them - also demanding human sacrifices and deifying themselves. They were known to take the appearance of anyone they wanted. Utah, furthermore, is where the Great Gallery of Horseshoe Canyon lies, and it's known as the birthplace of Mormonism - a version of christianity that heavily involves the cosmos off-world life.

But even I doubt that this organization was fighting the reptilian alignment, as none of them gave any indication of that, and I didn't see any reptilian drawings in the book. Their enemy could be another menace from more ancient times
