If you get time, just scan throught the book.
It answered many questions that I had...
Many years ago, I met the author personally ( in 1987).

he has written over 3,000 books on so many subjects and he just had a fifth grade education.. for this book, I can say that he was a living example of what he is talking about.. And this is only one chapeter of the big book on the subject ( In Hindi) with over 600 fullscape pages.

3000 seems too much, almost like a moneymaker (except it's free), so I call it a prestigemaker. Why can't he explain everything concisely, and what are all these books about?

From western prospective, I will say that most people will not understand why someone will write so much and also for free.
Most Eastern cultures value self-less service to the society and humanity ..  There are many enlightened souls who lives just to serve the humanity and to share the wisdom that  they have...

Aboout 3,000 books, I have personally seen them and have a large number of them. I


The fifth grade education was not due to finacial hardship. At the edge of 15, he had a vision of a Himalayan Yogi   of the age 600+ year ( again this is commonly accepted in Eastern cultures.. From them on, he followed the path of sipirtuality and did intense tapa or penence.

An autobiography of a yogi by Paramhansa Yogananda---  ( www.autobiographyofayogi.com).. you can also buy it from Amazon.com or B&N for USD 6 ( red soft cover).. This books has been translated in 85 languages and millions of copies have been sold since it was forst written in 1945.

Another one is Living With Himalayan Masters by Swami Rama
It is also avialalbe at Amazon.com and B&N.

The third one is the biography of the Sri Ram Sharam Acharya -- the autor of the book...
It is titled " My life-it's legacy and message"..
