Light Being and Soul Group : what are they ?

I need help with the following :

(1) What is a "Light Being" and what does it mean to "...learn of your true identity as a Light Being" ?
Is every human being a "Light Being" ?

(2) What is a "soul group" and how do I communicate with it ?

Is every human being a "Light Being" ?

The way I see it: Yes and No.

Light is Consciousness. You are Consciousness. You are Light.

Human Being is form. A form is a choice.

Units of Light/Consciousness choose forms to experience, learn and grow.

Not every Light Being is a Human Being. You have a choice to make. Many Light Beings choose to be other forms for other experiences, or remain without form.

So is every human being a Light being?
- No, because it's just like a driver not being identical to his/her car.
- Yes, because every human being is a chosen form of a Light Being.

In the mean time as mentioned already we are an eternal being of light shrouded in our temporary physical body...learning to be your true self is about awakening to your own spirit, that which you truly are beyond all form. The one all powerful being of unlimited potential...But we dont need to wait until we die and realise this truth, we can if we choose seek our own true nature through for example Buddhism, meditation or reading enlightening books like the one I recommended for you or the power of now and many other good titles.

Maybe it's different to different people.
I have only encountered light ships... they are very spiritual higher dimensional beings with no form, they can gather and make themselves into these ships. Pure light. and the energy eminating from them are very very intense, you do not know love if you haven't felt their energy.

Light beings for me are just that, higher dimensional spiritual beings with no form, they are pure light and they eminate pure love.
You just know when they are around.
