TK excercises

Find any object and move it.  That's the only exercise.  If you can't move it - practice until you can or give up.  Meditating will make you more conscious.  This would help with TK.  But it is important to do what you want.

What kind of meditation? I did good moving the psi wheel but yesterday I was having too many thoughts distracting me. What kind of thing will prevent this? I just tried doing it while listening to music( Creed lol)and I was more concentrated cause there was only two things on my mind.

Whatever kind you want.  The meditation I use is just to sit and be aware.  I let the thoughts come and watch them dissapear.  I can't really prevent thoughts from happening, but I watch them come and go until there is no more mind and just pure alertness.  Try to just be aware without thinking.  Let the thoughts come and dissapear.

The very fact that you had progress is a huge thing in itself.

What you need to do is completely re-create the moment.  If you can, play the same music at the same time in the same room.  Then try to search your brain for the feeling you got when the wheel began to spin.  If you concentrate only on finding that one bit of information, it keeps other distractions from you.

Well I haven't had any success with telekinesis but I do know some excercises. I'll list them here:

-Hang a weighted object (keys work well) on a string and dangle it from a high up place. A nail for holding up a picture would do. Use TK to swing the key.

-Bending spoons, duh.

-Forks? Knives? Stating the obvious here...

-Try to make a ball roll the way you want it to. Marbles would be good for this.

-NOW THIS IS WHEN YOU'RE REALLY GOOD!! I got this one off psipog.net [;)]. Try throwing a paper airplane in the air and making it move in the direction you want. When you get good at that, throw two planes and make them have a dogfight [|)]

You can practice on anything. Any object can become a TK excercise. You're only limited by your own imagination.

Yeah, my conscious mind is like a hyperactive little kid. One of the only things that works for me is putting everything on hold and feel like I'm waiting for a noise or something to come. You know how you see lightning, then wait for the thunder? During that time, you aren't really thinking of anything, just being alert. It helps clear surface thoughts for me (except I usually end up thinking of thunderstorms[|)]).

my mind wont let me concentrate. I'll be concentrating on the key, trying to move it one second. The next millisecond: EEEEE!!! look! a dust particle!let's see where it goes. *Slow spiral downwards*

Try meditating some more dino! I don't really do meditation properly I don't think, but according to some websites I am[B)].

I just watch most or all of my thoughts and be aware of them, acknowledge them, but not give them any proper attention - I just let them fly past.

Meditation gives you a clearer mind and promotes focus. Also try doing the focus excercises on that thiaouba site or whatever it is.

The only TK excericise that I know is psi wheel. What are some GOOD EFFECTIVE excercises? I can move the psi wheel pretty good. Do you have to meditate before doing this because I haven't been.
