To hold or not to hold?

I dont think a newbie at TK can make things float, and I dont know of anybody good at TK that can do it either. I've tried hard to do it many times, and sometimes I feel like I'm almost there, but I've never levitated even part of anything in a completely physical place.

I've been wondering the same thing.  I am wanting to move on to making things float but I dont know if I hold it or lay it on a surface.

If I hold it in my hand, do I put my other hand above it or do I just stare at it while it is in my hand and not use the other hand?

If I lay it on a surface, how do I hold my hands?  Do I put my hand to the side of the object and keep my hand on its sides like you do with the Psi wheel or do I hold them above the object?

I ask a lot of questions because I have a hard time believing in myself or something if I dont have it detailed.  I get aggrivated because I'm not sure exactly how to do it and I keep asking myself questions wondering exactly how and that causes me to lose my concentration.  So please be very detailed.

Actually, it doesnt matter whether your a newbie or not. Ive levitated things before by accedent even though I dont practice TK that often. So I know for a fact it is definitly possible. doing it at will however, is a whole other story... just keep practicing and it will happen sooner or later. []

Also, chicnstu and freefaller, I don't think there really is one way of doing it. Whatever works best for you should be ok. Just play around with a bunch of different methods and see what gets better reactions. []

actually Beavis it sound like you dont really beleive. its possible. just because you have never witnessed it does that make it real? you have to fully beleive. i know people that took them many many years to learn it othes quick. and i know that you are more advanced so i thought you might already know that.

i heard that people hold the item they want to manke float. is it easier to hold the item? becaus ei havent don tTk in a while and i am not very good at it should i be practicing while holding the item?
