Yes, the entire process they are "spouting off" about can easily be
circumvented with the technologies YOU'VE already learned.

Those machines cannot read minds, but can only read emotions, stress,
tension, and if a person has a "hard-on" the good guard will think
they have a bxxb that is ready to explode and then arrest them on a
charge of "carrying a dangerous weapon in an airport".

More stupid stuff from very stupid short-sighted people.

Yes, exactly. They complain that the technology is short sighted, perhaps that is why they are approaching us, looking to develop it further.

It just came out in the paper that NASA is working on some new "mind-reading" technology to help fight the war of terrorism. Supposedly it is  they who are sniffing around Houston asking questions.
