Telepathy takes A LOT of practice if you can not naturally do it (that is if you forgot )  However, if you are willing to learn, and take time to continue to grow, i May have a few sight that you might see as interesting.  First off let me explain a little about it.

-It is the ability to send and receive information via words, thoughts, and sometimes voices.

-It is the easiest way to talk to someone!  Like AIM, you can instantly send your friends a message, if they are listening (that is if they are open-minded enough to try it.

-It takes a lot of practice, something I had no time for, but researched extensively.

hmm... can u telepathy only with someone u know or it can be anyone (e.g. a girl i saw on the street?, don't get me wrong[])

I have found that it impossibly hard to talk with someone telepathicaly if they don't want to.  You  see, I have to be very aware when I am trying to talk with someone.  I think of it as a telephone, if no one is home, or does not want to answer, you don't get a reply  So mosy likely it is going to be someone with whome you are practicing with, and it takes quite a bit of energy for me, because I am still learning my basics.  I pick up thoughts better now than ever.  Godd luck and always remember to practice!

of course we're going to get you wrong[].

i've been able to read quite a few people's minds: people who i do know and people who i don't know. but i didn't ask a single one of them for permission (but it's not like i went routing through their most private memories or anything. i just did it to see their thoughts on what we were talking about at the time, to get a better understanding of what they were trying to convey.)

however, i have been "blocked" a couple of times, though not consciously. it seems to me that if a person wants to "close themselves off", in a psychological sense, they also sub-consciously erect shields which help to prevent other people from just walking in to their mind. but unless they truly are desiring to be left alone, in all my experiences, then their state of mind is most likely relaxed and it's not too difficult once you've learned the basics of telepathy.

I'm not good at telekinesis, but I can at rare times.

kakkarot, I dont ask people for permission to read their minds either. The thoughts are read from their spirit, not their physical body, so I dont ask their body's permission. If their spirit doesnt want to be read, it wont communicate. In my opinion, my ability to do telepathy to someone is their unconscious permission.

If somebody is an advanced enough spirit to do telepathy, they probably wont make fun of what I'm thinking or try to use it against me, so I allow most communications or reads.
