Third eye forehead pressure

Hi, as a teenager I had a spiritual teacher for six months.  She taught me that the sensation I had on my forehead was me feeling energy movements in the area.  Like a 'ghost' or other things around us.  Many years later I know it is true.  It is like the first real
opening in the 'real world'.  Next time you feel it you could sit , relax and go with it,  let it come.  Sometimes all it takes with some gifts is to let them happen. Have no fear and have a lot of fun with it.

I too will experience pressure at times in my brow center. Other times it feels like it is even pulsating. There is a lot on this in a number of books. Generally, through meditating, astral sessions, and energy work, for example, we can activate these areas. The brow center is, among other things, generally thought to be associated with psychic potential.

Once in a while I feel a slight pressure inbetween my eyebrows. It's like an inward pulling sensation, very subtle, but noticable. I usually feel it if I've been having a lot of OBE's or when I'm tired, but also feel it at random times. I have the feeling this has to do with my third eye, but what does it mean? How can I utilize this sensation?
