I would recommend that, if you want a brainwave entrainment program to help with your hypnosis, Neuro-Programmer 2 would be your best bet. I don't really have much experience on the subject, but it has a pretty strong effect on me at least.

It works by putting your brain into a suggestible state and then playing your pre-recorded suggestions. You can get a 15-day trial here: http://www.transparentcorp.com/products/np/index.php The documentation is pretty useful for general-purpose hypnosis, too, using entrainment or not.

Also, a program which I find to be a little more user-friendly, is BWGen. It basically does the same thing, but it's a little more spartan, using just binaural beats for entrainment. You'll have to figure out a method of playing your suggestions by yourself, though, because BWG doesn't have a built-in recording function. BWG seems to be a lot easier to customise, though, since a lot more people create presets using BWG than they do with NP2, and I personally find it a lot more approachable.
