What ability could this be?

Hi,

i am still trying to find out what ability or kinesis i am good at.

when i was younger i used to get extreme migraines. When these migraines occurred the pain would get so intense i would start quenching my eyes and fists in pain. At the peak of the pain the lights would start to flicker sometimes a little sometimes alot and also stuff would start to shake (nothing big just like pennys on the dresser little stuff)

over the years these migraines have slowed and do not occur as often anymore.

i am wondering what ability or kinesis this could be? also if it is one how can bring it back and get back this ability?

Seriously, did anybody else see the lights flicker?

(Could be a combination of wild telekineses and some electrokineses? If so, you are scary and please stay the hell away from me!    )

You were having migraines with aura.  This is caused by pressure on the optic nerve.  It's not an ability or a kinesis.

I concur it's probably Just headaches caused by bad psychic energy flowing into your body or flowing out at a constant rate, if you know what white noise is then you know that certain residual psychic energy ("Ghosts") could be what is reaching the electrical appliances and causing your headaches.
also it's best that you don't drink too much caffeine that could be the cause of the headaches.
