i kindof do, in a way. I reach out with my spirit and my mind along the paths that i feel; along the road of time and possibilities, probabilities and likely-hoods.

the results are usually one of a few things:
1. i feel a prominent event or series of events, their implications, and what the biggest factors that are in play when they come about

2. certain times knowledge is just thrown into my head. for instance, when i am reading a comic strip, the punch-line will play itself out in my head when i am still a few panels from it. or reading a book and the future plot just jumps into my mind. same with watching movies.

3. my attempts are blocked, but i usually get a small feeling of why. and usually that feeling is that i'm not supposed to meddle in it, or that certain things have to happen in order for a certain other event to occur.

i rarely get specific details though, unless it is number 2. usually number 1 happens when i am trying to discern certain things, number 2 happens when my mind is reaching out to the world around me while i go about my daily life, and number 3 when i'm just not supposed to know.

Scrying is the art of obtaining visions of the future by focusing on an object intensly untill the visions appear.THe most heard of form would be the classic crystal ball.Other methods of scrying include firegazing, black mirror, bowl of black ink, water gazing (must be a still body of water.Perhaps also tea leaf reading, though this is just an assumption on my part, i have no clue how it is actually done.

I recall what it is now. I think this was in the first book I read about psychic powers. i might been the name of the book or mind power.

I think it the brightness, that help the mind to do a leap, into the "alpha level" of thought or concentration. And through higher consciuosness you are able to discern or precieve things and idea you would not ordinarily precieve.

thank you.

A few years back I became interested in scrying. I never had the patience or discipline to keep it up. I just couldn't stay in a quiet dark room trying to perceive something from the mirror. In my opinion, I'd rather focus on other methods of finding devine information. I think meditation and remote viewing could be even better then scrying. You wouldn't have to worry about getting the lights right, and other elements creating a comfortable setting. However, I would like to share how I made a scrying mirror to anyone interested. Don't spend $200 at your new age shop! Go buy a picture frame. Any size will do, preferrably larger then 10". You'll also need black spray paint. Take the glass out of the frame and paint one side of it. After it dries, assemble the frame with the unpainted side facing you. That's all! I think this is one of the best tools of scrying, because you can go big. You don't have to use a small crystal ball, or a bowl.
