Scroll down to the Paper on pin exercise. That would be a psiwheel. It's very easy to make, so it isn't like you have to buy one. Hope this helps. Oh, and like Nick said, maybe you should just suck it up and post on the right forum so you don't annoy the mods [:D].
And more importantly, where can I find one? I am gradually learning telekinesis and I need a psiwheel to practice my skills. Thank you.
