I cant make any sparks with my body, but I suggest buying a negative ion generator (for the air). I sometimes hold my hand over one and put my other hand almost touching a large metal set of shelfs. Electricity jumps from my finger to the shelfs. It sometimes feels like it recharges my energy.

Sure I will tell you. This is how it goes. Meditate for about 5-10 minutes. Take a battery. Hold it between ur thumb and the finger next to it. Hold the ends. Visualize the electricity going from the battery to the tips of your fingers. Visualize it condensing and condensing. When you feel you have enough, then put the battery down and put the tips of your fingers together. Visualize the electricity from both fingers merging together and forming like this electrical substance that won't break. Slowly, very slowly pull your fingers apart till they are likean inch apart, and if u want more than pull emn apart more. Visualize a thisk strip of electricity between ur two fingers and visualize it dense. Run a finger from ur other hand through the strip and sometimes hold it there. You should feel electricity.
Tech 2: This is to see sparks and even feel electricity. Mediate from 5-10 minutes. Stick out ur pointer finger on 1 hand. Visualize ki goinginto that finger. The whole finger, then densing to ur fingertip. Dense it up alot. Visualize electricity crackling around the tip of ur finger. Visualize it going into and around ur finger and densing up ALOT. U may see something, u may not. Then u can run ur finger near ur other hand or ur palm or w/e u want. U may feel a breeze or warmth or static. U will know if its electriciyt. GOOD LUCK!

At first it may not work. but after bout a week it should. Ittakes like 15 minutes at least. or 10 maybe...

i been practicing electrokinesis for about 7 yrs now. the first time i encouneterd it was when this moron hit my girlfriend so i went to go choke him and when i had my hand tight enough around his kneck a huuge crack of lightning surrounded my hands and i sent the kid into a seizure....i'm not lying after this i went into deeper practices, now i can freely movie it and make balls of lighting..... but i'm not posting just to brag [:D] lol nope....ok a better way of doing this is to but an electri generator (it looks like a big steel dildo.. LOL) anyways it likes runs electricity thru it when u plug it in and it electricity goes into you and when u have enough let it stay into u for 1 day so it reformats from static electricity to genuine electricity (P.S. try to avoid touching anything that you would be able to shock) and after a day u can freely move it and do what u want but after a while u rly don';t haf to b so dependant on it because ur body will start generating it on its own..
