It says that Earth and other planets don't exist on the same space-time plane. I don't think that is true, no do I think 4th and 5th dimensional motion is relevant of Earth's motion. A battleship being chronoshifted 40 years? I guess maybe thats possible but seems really unlikely.

They do move at the same time speed, according to the theory of relativity, all of our planets orbit at the same speed, they just rotate at different speeds.
