Title: When reality gels over while awake...
Post by: Joe_Oh on June 29, 2005, 03:24:10
I recently had this happen to me, as well as a couple of times in the distant past, e.g. few years.

I stand around wide awake, and then things seem to thicken and change just long for me to notice it and then reality seems to ?de-charge.

Anyone else had this happen, any idea what usually causes it?

Thanx-

Yes.
Well, I think I know what you're talking about. I've had something similar happen, where I experience almost (sense wise)...a loss of depth perception and sound. And everything feels completely lost and like time doesn't even exist. I also seem to forget that I'm myself. As if I'm only visiting the earth for a brief moment. Then my thoughts fade back in and everything continues...

For me, it seems that time does stand still, but I dont forget who I am, just that my general focus moves to somewhere close to this plane by my physical sight and senses stay in the physical.

Also everything around me seems to get a stenciled fuzz of faded gold with lighter gold filling the stencils of things.

I wonder if our good buddy Frank has come across this? Ya holdin out on us man? Heh...
