A sign of improvement?

I have always believed that metaphysics has been my strong point and I have been told that is what it will be as well. I have tried pyrokenisis lately and I was feeling and intense heat build all over my body. As if I were directly in the suns rays. I tried gathering it to my hand but then signs in my head reminded me of the things I read telling to take precaution in this field. Unfortunately I wasn't able to do it again so I stopped for the night. I have also experienced different signs as well. I can only sleep good in cold weather so my room is always about 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house no matter what you do. Many times as well I have been able to create strong winds. My birthday was yesterday so are my mental ability's increasing or am I just learning how to manipulate them. Another final thing is there any dangers to pyrokenisis I should know about?

My birthday is today.

Well, I can't offer any advice, mainly because I know very little about pyrokinesis (I've tried it, I can't seem to do it), but for some reason last night I had what might have been very good results in my usual TK practice. I wonder if birthdays have anything to do with it?
