third eye or what ?

What kind of monitor is it?  A regular tube type or flat lcd screen? I have also seen things like that happen, but do not know if it is a third eye.

its usual monitor... not lcd or something

hm.. wierd..
when i look my screen then the updating frequency seems to be like 40-60 Hz
but its on 180 Hz
( Graphics card: RADEON RV250 SECONDARY (1280x1024 32bit 180Hz) )
do i seen the screen updating with my third eye or what
or the screen gets old and cant update 180 anymore...

what do you think`?

ohh and ointe more thing..
its not always i see how its updating... its just sometimes.
