:-o
Reading this has taken me somewhere i didn't really want to go. The article from Slate also says of American 'civilised' society. (after they closed up shop).
"State law does not require the repository to keep its records and certainly doesn't require it to release any information to mothers. No one connected to the repository in its final days is willing to talk about the records, either to me or to mothers who want to find their donors."
These free market capitalist pigs were able to open a sperm shop, profit from peoples' needs, create competition and a market, and then swindle the mothers from their emotional truth. Only a few 'smart' men took part in donating sperm and who can prove now that they were ever that smart?
Runlola, you know what, I am sick of people slagging off the underdogs in our communities. What does 'cradle to the grave mean'? The concept is deeply rooted in sickness and it overgeneralises some very serious issues as well as the effectiveness of shared consciousness and sheer hard work - the light in our working lives.
I was always taught to drag your tail through the mud.
I mean to try.
You can't breed for good people- and being smart isn't the most important thing in life.
How ironic that this kind of truth and wisdom should come from someone who was bred for intelligence.
It conflicts with itself.
He almost disproves what he's saying by being a good/wise/humble person.
By using him as example, one could say the expirament was a success.
I'm going to sit here and puzzle over it for a while...I'm confused.
This scares me as it could lead to elitist 'master race' movement.
ihate to break it but there already is an elitist race movement
LOL! NeoSaturn
I'm sure if any genius superbabys began such an elitist movement, other genius superbabies would come out in opposition against it.
