By shooting intense radio beams into the night sky, researchers created a modest neon light show visible from the ground. The process is not well understood, but scientists speculate it could one day be employed to light a city or generate celestial advertisements.

Well, that really doesn't sound like conspiracy nut stuff to me, pharmakela. More like a prediction on the future of technology. Were they saying that the holo-images would be used for diabolical purposes (other than commercialism)?

Okay, far be it from me to flame the fires of a debate on commercialism, but...

Spirit and material are not mutually exclusive. A healthy soul does not abrogate trade, but trades respectfully and intelligently.

HAARP definitely warrants questions, though. The theoretical applications are various, from weather control to ecosystemic disruption.
