What do people think about crop circles?
I think some of many of them are just too amazing to be the work of hoaxsters. Such persons would have to be mathematical geniuses wouldn't they?

i dont think that they are all a work of hoaxters (although many of them are). maybe they are messages. that is logical to me because they are so big that you can see them easyly from a high position.

Perhaps they are jokes. Not (all of them) by hoxers, but by some form of intelligence which is having fun making us humans so confused as to the nature of these patterns. :wink:
I think it is Extra terrestials personally, the crop circles are magnificently performed and I am looking forward to the video.
I don't think all of them are authentic either. You don't have to be a genius to create a detailed design. I saw parts of a program that had a couple guys on it showing how they did it without breaking the reeds. Ropes and boards.
I read a long time ago that they were maps for "aliens" to navigate the solar system. I always thought that had a ring of truth to it. *shrugs*
I just don't understand why some people can't accept that mere humans are capable of accomplishing magnificent things, like the pyramids and crop circles! Anything cool and it has to be ETs? Why?
Except maybe those cool sponges that you just wet and almost take the paint off... Now that's got to be alien technology.
I don't think that "aliens" created many of the things that are attributed to them, building wise that is. Pyramids are human made, plain and simple. Just because we don't fully understand them doesn't mean that aliens made them. I have seen some architectural wonders, a couple of which no one really knows how they were built, but they know who built it. I was just looking on MSN last week or so about a house that some one built out of 9 ton coral stones. The gate was also one of these but was balanced so well that you need only one hand to open it. The builder of the structure never truly told anyone how he did it, only that he understood how the great pyramids were built. He took he secret to the grave though.
Crop circles though. I don't know. Some could be hoaxes and some could be from aliens. Some of the ones that interest me is when they find other things about the corn or wheat or what ever. Like it being molecularly changed after or while being bent. Or they find odd radiation traces in the soil. Things like that tend to lead to outside influences. But if there is nothing else strange and there is just the design I would have to say people.
In a theory presented by Stanley Messenger, he says that just as humanity's consciousness is changing (another theory), the consciousness of other life is also changing, including plants. They have no self-consciousness, but are beginning to communicate to us through universal symbols and patterns from the collective unconscious.
It's an out-there theory, but it's about not aliens.
Another theory is that there are experiments being done through satellites to control electro-magnetic-somthin-or-other that can bend the stalks into whatever design they program.
