Oh... I have just realised that I am completely ignored when I attack conspiracies.

The partial is that those in the UK are supposedly to be able to contact their service providers and ask them to grant a special permission to lift the filters, so it isn't absolute. But you would have to know things like this are here to miss them.

But most of them won't know.  I just went to an UK based forum and posted a few links to this type of discussion, and most people didn't even know about this.  They can't request something they don't know is there.  Of course, this is slowly becoming more known, but will it be fast enough to defeat it?

That is their point. Most people just go with default settings. Couple that with an unawareness of subject matter and this greatly reduces people coming across something by chance.

The info behind this agenda is out there but as usual, the only people who know, already know it.

This is not the most nefarious of plots but ripples in a pond....

 I was just driving home from a 16 hours drive to pick my product up for our upcoming State Fair and heard a discussion about this on the radio.
The guy was from a XXXChristian site, yes, that's what I said too. They played the sound clip with the announcement by the UK Prime Minister, then gave their own thoughts about it. The guy I heard said it won't fix the problem at all. He then started saying we need Jesus to fix it. That we need to find out why people are going to view porn and that Jesus could help these poor souls.
  I immediately  and changed the channel, lol!
