Million Dollar Challenge

Greetings All,

I was having a discussion with one of my friends about OBEs, etc.  He stated he didn't really believe in any of it, and said that to date there is no proof that any paranormal activities exist.  I brought up the PSI wheel, and he stated he would forward me a link to a one million dollar challenge.
