Regarding cancer causing toxicity of cannabis vs tobacco, there are conflicting reports. However, it is generally recognised that cannabis smokers are at greater risk of developing lung cancer (perhaps 10x) because they inhale deeper and hold their breath longer. Quite apart from any cannabis they inhale cannabis users are also inhaling a lot of tobacco, and as I say, unlike Bill Clinton (!) inhale this deeply. Of course Clinton did no such thing....!

I've also seen a lot of dis-info from the mainstream mass media. E.g. BBC posted in their news a picture that allegedly was showing victims in Syria, but they just had taken an old picture of corpses in Iraq.

In this case, however the 250,000 arrested is not a deliberate dis-info. It is just a slip of the tongue from the speaker. Maybe she wanted to say 250? (Not saying that his would be right then at all).
