That is strange. It looks like it could be real but if it's a newborn it should not be able to sit up that straight, even with the help of the side of the bowl. Maybe the bones were really straight and hard unlike a normal newborn?

Did someone stab it in the chest? It looks like it has a big gash under its right (our left) breast. Damn thats messed up. That kid would have grown to be huge and scary for sure had it survived...

to me its just a normal abnormal baby. like in the philippines that a baby born with a horn, and if the lights is off the baby will laugh. But of course that baby did not last for i think two days.
