The Chicago Police Department Marine Unit recovered the body of a male about 9 a.m. in Belmont Harbor, according to police News Affairs Officer Michael Sullivan.

A spokesman for the Cook County Medical Examiner's office said the office has been notified, but had no information as far as the ID of the person as of about 9:45 a.m.

this has been going on for the past year consistently and now i know for a fact this is no coincidence there is a serial killer on the hunt for men ranging from their 20s to 40s in chicago and he/she murders them and then dumps their bodies in lake michigan, it is sadd u here about a family concerned for their loved one and they report them missing on the news then a couple days later they find the body in the lake =(

i wish there were a way to use non-physical exploration for pin pointing murders and cruel criminals

There was a case recently in Minnesota where a young guy went to his ex girlfriend's house to talk to her. They then left in his vehicle to go talk.

She never returned. The next day the Police contacted the boy and he agreed to talk to them.

He went down to the Police station, then took a gun, shot himself in the head, killing himself there in the Police parking lot.

She still hasn't been found.

I asked in a NPR visit to see what had happened and where she was."

I did see some things, but what was I supposed to do? I think the Police would be more annoyed by what they would consider a "nutcase" that saw a vision, then anything.

I was told at the end though that I should remember what I have been taught over the years and that is that every action, has a reaction.

These things, no matter how evil and bad they seem, do have a purpose.

I know that's hard to swallow, but it is what I have been shown and it makes perfect sense to me. At least now it does.

All of my precognitive OOBEs were involving nasty things happening to people. It was one of the reasons OOBEs started giving me panic attacks. They never gave clues as to WHEN they were happening. Very sharp crystal clear flashes of the 'event' seen through the eyes of those involved... paramedics... people driving past... and on two occasions through the eyes of the murdered. It was like I was sent them to make me think twice about getting what I wish for.

On the 27th June I recieved a message from the NP .

Fish, boats and harbour a few visuals too but nothing specific
The reply I sent back was. And...

Nothing returned yet, then this topic starts...

Mr.Flip

so then what was the purpose of seeing lionheart? for your own personal growth in character?

your right it exists to serve a purpose, and it is hard to swallow that pill =(

The only purpose it served me was feeling useless to do anything about them. Maybe I'm the wrong type of candidate for this type of 'ability'.

Quoteapprehend the suspect and put them through a formal trial.

But why should this be the best outcome?

Humans are not capable of giving a fair and unbiased trial. And if they were, what would be the good? Retribution? People can't hide from the universe, and if it wants people to pay for something, they will.

I think the best we can hope for is to safeguard others from harm in a case like this. But as others have said, getting the people with power to do something about it to humor you isn't easy.

humans are capable of giving a fair unbiased trial, i dint understand why the majority of people think humans are inefficient or unable

You are god and god is you so sometimes u have to take matters into your own hands and be the representative of the universe or let everything go unaccounted for

How would you define justice? What is it exactly, and why is it desireable? I don't think it is a simple question. Plato tried to tackle it, and he ended up going on about "cities and everyone doing what they do best" for about 500 pages.

How do you know things would go unaccounted for? If they did, maybe there are powerful metaphysical forces that want it that way... And if it didn't, why would we have to be the instrument?

I guess what I am getting at is that I don't know what justice is, and if it exists, I don't think humans have the level of knowledge of events to be capable of it. I think the best we can hope for is keeping people from harming others the best we can.

It's hard to not desire justice, payback, or retribution but if ever there was a way to place yourself under karma's law, demand justice.

So I could see that all experiences, whether good, bad, or ugly do have a purpose and to see that I am also powerless to change that.

That purpose is impossible to be seen right now, especially for those that are immediately and emotionally involved in this right now.

But look back at this in 10 years later, after the changes that this has created occurred and you will see what the true purpose finally was.

You will hear how this event somehow caused either a positive or negative direction in everyone effected by this. This will show in their path years after.

yes i understand no matter how ugly it gets your right it does serve some purpose, i was just overwhelmed at the moment looking for possible ways to investigate this.
but lionhert even though i may not agree with u 100% i thank ya for the reminder on this =)

Justice?? i dont know about all of that, justice is a debate of eternity
Being seen, being held responsible, getting admittance is the first step to forgiveness

someone needs to find this man to get him/her to confess his wrong not for anyone except the vitctims he hurt and most importantly for himself.

the real justice is between the family of the victims and him/her to be able to resolve this, to move on and be better but if something happens meanwhile like the suspect gets arrested, killed, sentenced, then it was for a reason
