Does this baby literally have no face, or does it just have some harper collins syndrome thing or something. Cause if it is the harper collins or whatever I am too afraid to look.

Yep. It's Treacher Collins Syndrome.

Little Juliana is missing 30 - 40 percent of the bones in her face.

"She has no upper jaw, no cheek bones, no eye sockets, and she's missing the corner of her ear," explains Tom.

Her birth defect is called Treacher Collins Syndrome. Doctors say it's the worst case they've ever seen.

Juliana has to eat through her stomach, and she has a trach to breathe. Already, less than two years into her life, she's had 14 surgeries. Doctors say she could need at least 30 more.

This is one of those fundamentalist christian couples, they knew something was very wrong with the pregnancy, but decided to have the child anyway. I think this is absolutly cruel.  

If this child lives past a few years I'll be surprized. I pity the short suffering life it will have to endure.

O so it is Treacher Collins, I seen a little bit of a show on the Discovery Health channel about the same girl but it kinda freaked me out a bit (sorry if thats immoral but I couldn't watch).
