Personaly I think bigger boobs would just get in the way, at least mine do when I play golf..[:P] Why go bigger?  Sounds like some men in the military are wanting some eye candy.

About a year ago I came across a website dedicated some girl who was seeking donations for a boob job. A creative move for such vanity. Maybe she should have joined the military.
In the world in general and in this nation
May not even the names disease, famine, war, and suffering be heard.
May virtuous qualities, merit, and prosperity greatly increase
And may continuous good fortune and subline well-being perfectly arise.
