Miramir - An Alternative Social Media Platform

Hi guys! So I stumbled upon this new social media platform that is going to be launched soon in another month or so. It's aimed at bringing all alternative communities together. Miramir also seeks to spread news articles and other information via its network that are otherwise blocked or censored by the big guys like Google and Facebook. Uncensored news is what free-thinking individuals want, but you won't find much of it on Facebook, which holds a tight leash on information that might threaten the establishment or control grid apparatus.

"This is an invitation to all amazers and creators, mavericks and dreamers, the kindness doers and changemakers, all the good people of our magnificent earth to take part in a global movement for change and freedom," explains the Miramir Kickstarter page.

Content on Miramir is easily managed, much like the current Facebook format, except that users can post and share articles and information anonymously if they choose. Users are also encouraged to form subgroups based on subjects and topics of mutual interest to better organize the flow of information throughout the site.

No worries!  That's what Moderators are for. 

I admire the fact that someone is starting YET ANOTHER social media site... but like the dozens that came before it, it probably won't catch on.
There's just too many other more situated sites.  It's almost impossible to break out among them.

True. But I was always hoping to get into touch with more like minded people. Like the ones here on Astral Pulse. I found it quite hard to do so.

It's very hard actually... mostly because the rest of the world isn't quite ready to begin to even CONSIDER that what we discuss here is a reality.
With that said, there are methods to connect with locally "like-minded" people.

Just look for your local occult bookshop.  Assuming you have one, they usually have ways to do get-togethers.  Or perhaps take a meditation class or something along those lines.

I'm part of at least a dozen groups on facebook regarding astral projection and spirituality. 
Across all of those groups, there must be over a 100,000 people involved.  Just a drop in the bucket really. 

Actually, it's the ONLY reason I use facebook.

Also, through facebook, I've been able to meet and speak with a lot of the big authors as well. 
It's been fascinating being able to pick their brains from time to time.

People like Bob Peterson, Jurgen Ziewe, John Magnus... and a lot of the spiritual / research community as well, Anthony Peake, Tom Campbell, Peter Russell... those are just a few I can think of off the top of my head.
