Hi All,

Just wanted to tell everyone that I've set up a website called http://www.mysticalexplorer.com regarding my personal explorations of the spiritual realm. I have set up a blog to document my experiences as they happen. Also, I will be sharing some of my journeys from the past.
I offer two free online services for those who might be interested. First, I am conducting experiments on whether I can pick up information about volunteers through 1) communicating with their guidance using phasing and 2) using astral projection to enter their mental space. Second, I will be providing advice to anyone who is training to OBE or AP.

Tom,

You said in your email that you wouldn't mind me posting details
I might pick up of a generic nature on this thread. What a great
way to show others that I'm just another flaky psychic-wanna be!

Didn't AP this morning, but last night I picked up the following info during
a "phasing" exercise:

Two area names: "Springfield" "Woodridge"

My description of you: 6'9" (where did I get that from?),
pronounced chin, somewhat lanky, wavy
blonde short hair. "Comfortable" smile. I had an impression that looked
Mike McDonnell on MadTV. I also saw light brown slacks and a grey "tweed?" sport jacket.

I tried contacting your guide. Got a dark blue color. Made me a bit dizzy.

I need to try more. In the meantime, you can tell me things like "Way off!" or "You seemed to pick up something useful. Try again."

Since you said you were a Reiki healer, we could try a timed experiment
where I try to pick up your energy. I guess when some people pick up
energy from you, that must be a nice verification for both parties, besides
it's desired healing properties.

Tom,

Fortunately, right after posting that message, I went back to
bed and became lucid. I had a strong intent to visit you.
I didn't make it to a person at first. I saw this skyblue painted
multilevel office building and felt like I was in a large park.

I asked to visit your "room" And I approach a white painted
building with those "small square"-glass tiled windows.

I pass by this woman who I interpret as your mother. Long blonde
hair, short.

I saw the name "Paul" both in a message I imagined seeing
written from you to me, and later, on the bottom of my astral watch.

I finally encountered "you" at a darkened restaturant coming
out of the restroom. But "you" didn't look at all like the
picture I posted in the previous message! 5' 7" dark hair, parted
from the left like me, Rounded face. Now were talking the brunette
kid from "Weird Science" I asked this person to do some Reiki on me
just for fun. He poked his index finger right below my clavicle bone on
my left side (BTW, I have no idea how Reiki's actually done) I didn't
feel any energy surge. So I asked him to use both hands. Still
no feeling. But this woman who is watching, presumably his girlfriend
runs away like she's jealous. He calls out something like "Avila" to
find her. I move on to another scene that involves my mother.

Now putting these two visions together, the phasing one and the AP one, there's an obvious contradiction. And it may even look like hedging
on my part. But that's the experiment for me, which one is truer
to reality. I'll say that so far in my experience, AP's are colorful, rich with detail and sometimes way off the mark (sometimes they're right on). Phasing on the other hand, can provide precise dry details but it's easily clouded with my imagination, also. If I had to intuit, I'd say in this
case my AP was fun but I hit the wrong target since I didn't feel the expected energy surge.

Tom

I'll upload a picture for my avatar. It was taken at work about two years ago or so, so it should be current enough.

Mendel

Tom,

Thanks for the pic. Ok you look a lot more
like the Weird Science guy - Ilan Mitchell-Smith.
Good pictures of him here ... http://www.austinchronicle.com/issues/dispatch/2002-11-08/screens_feature2.html
and here:
http://www.movieprop.com/tvandmovie/reviews/weirdsciencecharacters.htm
I'll upload my pic too. I have dark hair, too, and duh, I part my hair
from my right.

So what do you think? Should I try again?

Tom

Physical descriptions aren't easy even under ordinary circumstances. It is much more difficult from the astral because you have to sort through the imagery in my head and from the people around me just to get through to the physical. Whatever information you come up with is fine and we can sort through it to see how it went.

Mendel

Alright. I will try another round tonight to see
what other stuff I can pick up. Yeah, picking up
the physical world from AP is difficult. I wonder
how remote viewers do it with good accuracy. I think
they would average the results from several viewers for a specific
target to cancel out the biases of each viewer.
Anything in particular you would like for me to focus on?
meeting you, picking up something about your life,
or I can make a blanket request like "tell me something about
yourself."

Tom

Nothing really specific comes to mind right now. I don't know what I need to know most. Often times it can take me several years to recognize the importance of information if it seems unfamiliar enough.

Mendel

Tom,

Here's what I picked up in the last day:

Phasing - Tried to contact your guide, asked him for something
you would find useful and proof that I'm reaching your guide.
Male voice. Somewhat
of an echo (?) Steven or Bill is older brother.
I tried to pick up mother's name - Pauline. Father's name-Bill. Guide
says your good with numbers and like to solve riddles. Something
about chimes and violinist.  And something about "ethnic" which
I assume to mean you like ethnic food.

AP - Ask to visit TSK. End up in sky with scattered clouds.
I start falling and oomph hit the ground (strange for an AP)
ground is lightly snow covered wet brown dirt. Busy roads
nearby. Light brown - siding apartments. "Hillcrest" on a sign.

Overall, I'm not confident of what I picked up this time. But it was
a college try. Maybe one more round (like an AP tonight)
and then we'll take a look at the results.

I'd like to know if those info are correct.
