NASA Finds Hidden Magnetic Portals

 This link here leads to a short video about portals being found around our World. Possibly we can launch a probe or something into one of these some day and see where it goes using sensors. It might be the first step in learning some form of "warp drive".  Unfortunately the portals they are looking for are linked directly to the Sun. Maybe we could just hitch a ride to use it as a way to propel us, then get off before the heat rises. Obviously I am not a Rocket Scientist? But I always remain optimistic!

From watching the video, it sounds like "portal" might be a deceptive or misleading term for them to use to sensationalize it; it sounds like what they have found would more properly be called something like "magnetic anomoly tunnels" or "high-ion-flow-corridors", lol.

Calling them portals makes it sound like they are gateways or wormholes or some such, when it sounds like they are more like passages of accelerated particles.

But very cool find nonetheless! I am sure this will be useful somehow...

These are magnetic anomalies where the earth's magnetic field joins with the sun's magnetic field to create a tunnel through which the solar wind can travel (I think). I watched a documentary where NASA were puzzled by a satellite which kept failing when it passed over a certain part of the earth (near the Bermuda triangle!). Eventually they figured it out - that part of the earth's magnetic field had a permanent anomaly. The earth's magnetic field actually protects us from the solar wind, so in this anomaly there was no protection and the satellite got fried. The solution was to turn the satellite off as it passed over this area. Problem is these anomalies are growing and appearing in other places. They are a hazard to satellites.
