free Video Clips of a merkabah journey to Shamballah . They are  from a collaboration of James Hurtak author of  The Keys of Enoch- Book of Knowledge and the brilliant graphic artist Jean-Luc Bozzolli .

These clips are worth a view as they show a developed merkabah and the layout of Shamballah . This is just as we saw it ourselves when we went on the group merkabah in meditation during circle . So our circle was very excited about getting this confirmation . Kinda like a spiritual postcard !!  

This is worth looking at with a kindred soul to share and analyse together .

how does one go about developing their merkaba?

I've made a few half assed attempts,based on a few websites   ,but judging by what I've seen in those clips,I've got A LOT of work to do.

their are just too many steps for me to understand all at once,and I strongly feel that I don't even know a portion of what I need.

the clips are certainly inspirational,and it's nice to hear that they confirm what you yourself has seen.

So how does one begin ? ....AP and Meditation . Increased enlightenment of our subtle energy bodies  comes with meditation and practice of projection. This in turn  increases the sophistication of this energy body chariot .

In my circle we did not know what a merkaba  was just  two years ago . Then we discovered that several of us in our closed circle were getting dreams and meditation images  of sacred geometry. We  wondered what this was all about . In searching in books and online for the meaning of the flower of life spheres given to us by spirit  , we kept stumbling over material about a merkabah and thus that part of the journey began .

We learned that a merkaba  is not made by spending 900$- 2000$ on an overseas workshop . We kept finding adverts and thought it a shame that we were not able to afford a trip to France England or the USA  much  less pay the fees for the course .

And then we found this breathing technique and a pirate copy on the net  which we tried . Skip that step lol .The merkabah cannot be made by hyperventilating during a  400$ breathing technique seminar either . Although Seminars are invaluable tools for learning they are not necessary for this part of your spiritual development ...at all .

It should be free and easy and fun like many things in life breathing eating and other good adventures . lol

We are all born with a merkabah and it develops as we do . Initially it is unseen by the unaware and later we  learn to control our travel with it. We learn to view it clairvoyantly too .

It is a pale singular pastel colour on the unaware . It becomes tricoloured  very quickly after we make conscious projections . In less than two years students can go from a three sided  base to a 12 sided base ... from a two pyramid form to 12  pyramid form  that is rainbow coloured .  The nightly pull out flights don't seem to count much in its development as these are lower level energy projections done by guides and angels for us  . However these guides push us soon to fly beside them without holding their hands and those APs are priceless in our spiritual development .  

We need to reduce ego and fill with love and light to go to higher realms . We do this through living in love ,  light and service . As we go to higher realms our merkabah becomes more sophisticated too .

So it is circular ....the more you go ... the further you can go . The further you go .... the higher you can go . The more you travel the more developed it becomes . Like an infant's  legs , it develops . We develop muscles over time from crawling and other groups of muscles from standing bearing weight and walking . So it is with the travel to higher planes each higher realm requires further enlightenment and  further enlightenment allows even higher realms .  

Why go higher ? Because you meet more truths and unravel more mysteries and eat more mind candy . Spiritual travel is the  lolly for the soul .

and about dreams leading the way to discovering the merkaba:

that's what happened to me actually.I was seaching during physical life for ways to transcend beyond useless belief systems,and to open doors somehow to a higher way of existance.

Then I had a dream about an ancient gateway device to other planes of existance.

it was called "THE HOLLOW STAR".I had no clue what it meant,until my search led me to a picture of a person sitting inside a star formation.

then it clicked:   bingo

we have discovered that the individual merkaba comes first and we are born with a basic monochromatic protective structure that is activated by angels and guides . As children we travel in this until such a time about 16 to 23 years old when the guides say " no more free rides you don't need me to hold your hand anymore when you cross the street . It took me years of fear to get past this i am very ashamed to admit . Then i tried but it was not at all satisfying . I felt dejected and incapable . I discovered that group energy advances and exacerbates the effect we might have indiviually and that we can go much further and faster and higher together.

Sorry about the horribly late response!  
 Incredibly fascinating stuff-riding the ley lines of infinity...

I'm very early on in the process and have no idea how to continue.

What I do know,is that I'm 29, so I don't get anymore "free rides".This actually makes a lot of sense to me-for a long time,in my teens and early 20's,I was having many sponteneous astral projections and OBE's,but not anymore.

I'm not sure how to proceed to develop my own abilities.I used to think that it was anxiety meds holding me back,but now I'm not so sure.I may just need to learn to "ride the bike w/out training wheels" so to speak.

I probably need to get off the meds as well eventually-such attachments will only hinder the process.

to get to any spiritual realm first work on the basics
hints and "how -tos " have been posted online here many times
you can do a search and work on these skills :

1.learn to see clairvoyantly
2learn to project consciousness
3.learn to project from the body to bi -locate so that part of consciousness resides with you .
4.practice several times a week to develop these skills


If you want to go in a group merkaba here is a short method i have posted before online in AP too.If you have specific questions i am glad to help .

Hi redcatherine-

I've seen the links,and I've printed off the basic merkaba meditation.I've had problems trying to visualize the basic merkaba structure, but I've just thought of something-

if the merkaba is a natural structure,instead of trying to create the structure, wouldn't it be better to search for it, and to allow it to form in my mind and around me?

This would bring the subconcious mind (which is an incredibly powerful source of creative energy) into the process as well.
