Yeah, I have read stories about similar things going on... quite amazing, and may quite possibly be true, as it would be incredibly difficult to fake.  Really hard to say what it all means though. I do feel bad for the poor thing... that doesn't exactly look fun.

I found that story was taped back in 1996.

The general consensus is that it's a hoax.
