Well, those are some pretty hefty claims you made in your initial post.
And without any supporting evidence... they're really nothing more than unsubstantiated claims.

i can tell you dont run a successful business- its called market research- market meaning the field of work your in say if your the premier your in the business of looking out for peoples best interest, research means looking at all possiable causes and effects of things and doing something about it

got to ask, say take a notoriously bad highway death wise, and then no deaths for say 2 years on that same highway, would you ignore that as well? especially when you were educated in the way that something had been done in the minipulation of the cause and effect of things the samsara wheel

EDIT: after reading your post like 5 times over, i think i know what you're trying to say.  You have to understand people in those positions receive all kind of warnings, alien reports, monster attacks and all kind of weird notes and threats from the public, and they need to filter out the "bovine excrement" if you like.

bottom line is, it's easy to criticize them AFTER it's happened.

i dont know if you know how psychiatrist are trained but they work on averages!
ive read my fair share of coroners reports, and trained so called mind gurus "psychiatrist" often argue their findings

their is no successful program on their behalf that can minipulate the weather as a hole or part all they can do is a big building with say air conditioners or heating
