People are driving while asleep?!  :-o Here are my keys, take them.

I had some of this in the past, not any more though. And I can tell you, is because I "had to be active". I had to do thing, I didn't understand relaxing, sleeping, meditating was so ...GOOD

I wouldn't say I got to the point of having sex without noticing though.

I have a cousin who can become a very violent sleepwalker when he's going through stressful times. He'll act out all kinds of crazy situations and you can't wake him up. You just have to do your best to convince him to get back in bed. He'll interact with you, but it's obvious he's seeing and experiencing something completely different. He took my aunt down to the basement once and told her it was the beach, and he was walking around and kicking sand in the air and splashing in waves that weren't really there.

I never thought I sleepwalked, but I found out after the fact that I used to when I was little. Very rarely, but when I was "discovered" it was very funny... I used to wear braces and dreaded "headgear" at night which was like a metal thing that deterred my upper jaw from growing as fast as my lower one. Yuck. Anyways, I apparently had walked downstairs, took off my headgear, ate some cookies, then walked back to my bed. Only reason I found out was because I left the headgear and cookies on the table. My parents yelled at me and I defended that if I did it while aware, I wouldn't have left any evidence!!

The other time, I was in a different house than usual. The older kids were watching zombie movies. In the midst of it all, I started sleep walking around in the dark and wandered around eventually right between them and the TV. I asked what their reaction was and they said that they just let me do my thing for a while then I eventually went back to my bed.

Not aware of any cases in the last 10 years though :)

Sometimes I talk, but no one ever understands me...
Take to the sky, feeling so alive! Past the clouds to the Milky Way, share our secrets with the starry brigade. The stars surround us like a million fireflies. For once I see infinity... it's in your eyes.

I remember my dad used to sleep walk. I would be downstairs watching TV and he would come down. I would say hey and he would stare at me for about 30 seconds... Go in the kitchen, get some chips, then go back to his room lol

One thing that I do a lot is punch my headboard, or swing my arms. A lot of my dreams I am fighting so I constantly find myself about to be hit and I will jolt out of sleep and punch my pillow REALLY hard. Adrenaline going and everything.

When I was a child I had "frightmares" and would be stuck in a nightmare on a regular basis. I would get up and go to the bathroom and would be somewhat aware of my surroundings but still think I was dreaming. My mother would try to wake me up with no luck: I still thought someone I loved or myself was going to die. I experienced this not that long ago. I was awake but still thought I was going to die soon and couldn't quite get out of my dream but it was nothing like when I was a child.
