Hello Everyone. I am a complete newbie to A.P,Lucid Dreaming, Etc. I need advice. I have tried using many methods of projection like binary beats and some techniques. I just need more techniques of achieve this awesome thing. :lol: anything helps. Thank You  :-D

does age effect the chance of astral projection? Im 14 and im just curious if as i get older it will become much easier.

i believe that the energybody matures around the age of 20 but there is no reason why you cant do OBE sooner i know a few 15yr olds who OBE

I had my first successful OBE in the morning after waking up ad going back to sleep while trying the rope technique. I also have cool experiences while trying to project from lucid dreams. Good Luck!
