10 projections in a row again this morning.

Hey everybody! I just had a quick question. I literally had 10 projections in a row again this morning. I would get out... find myself back in my physical, and then I would just relax... feel very MINOR vibrations and just pop out again. I flew... I walked around... just kinda explored. I remember jumping as high as I could to fly "like superman" I remember seeing beautiful colors in the sky, and stars etc. The only thing is... My awareness wasn't as AWARE as it usually is. Sometimes they seem so REAL. These were almost dreamy like but I was in full control. I tried looking at my hands... All that. It was very hard to gain awareness. My OBE's don't seem to be as "real" as they used to. Do you have any tips on how I can make them more real? I KNEW I was having them. I also was trying to go places by just thinking of them and I just stood there. Still having trouble with that.

Hey Roman! What do you mean? My projections really just come natural for me. I meditate before bed everynight and often during the day. I have early morning projections. It could be that I just lose memory of them so fast. I was going to write them down in a journal but I had so much activity this morning it was impossible. Everytime I returned back to my body I started the vibrations again.

Well done.  It sounds fantastic.  It would be hard to remember all those experiences when you go in and out of your body again.  That is the way it is.  Nothing you can do about that.  To get awareness, look at your hands, and see what you are wearing, feel your face etc.  Do not move until your awareness is very good.  You could say, awareness now and keep saying it until it happens.  That should get awareness.  I also have trouble going to places as well.  Nothing happens and it is frustrating.  When you want to go somewhere, keep saying where you want to go to.  For example, I am at the beach now and keep repeating it until it happens.  I found for things to work, you have to believe it will work.

10 OBEs in one night, even if short OBEs, is quite impressive. I managed that feat only once when I was OOB 6 times in one night. The duration of an OBE often depend on prior intention. If you can remember something important to do while out of body then it becomes easier to get out (of the houses) and about (doing whatever it is that you want to do). This usually increases the time out of body and improves the quality of the experience.

It's super interesting the same thing happened this morning! It wasn't as intense and I never had an OBE that I can recall... But I remember the sensations. I just couldn't separate this time. I wonder if it has something to do with my bed. I have really bad acid reflex so my doctor told me to raise my bed when I sleep. (I have one of those beds that you can push a button and it elevates.) So I am elevated when I am sleeping. I am wondering if this is keeping me more awake than I normally was when I laid down flat.

I learned quite a bit from the Michael Raduga ebook about increasing the clarity of OBE's. It's pretty good advice and focuses mainly on keeping moving whilst touching and studying fine detail and texture of objects at the start of your OBE. If you do that, (rather than looking outwards and attempting to see large vistas, landscapes etc) it brings your senses - especially vision - into sharp focus early on. If your not familiar with the Michael Raduga stuff you can find the (free) ebook at a site called OBE4U. The information you might be interested in, is in part 3 chapter 6 (it's a big book), called "Deepening" . It's really worth reading.
