Ebooks/Articles about OBE

Well, many of you may be thinking that a regular member like me must know obing and projecting...wrong. I never obed completly because:
1) lake of time and patient to have dedication to obes

2) my mind never was prepared to do obe. i think that obing in a depressive state of mind its bad. Now i am in a ok/good state of mind.

With hollidays near and with a good state of mind finally reached, i can now learn obe in a more regular base.

So, my 1st question is: do you know good ebooks (it must be ebooks, since in Portugal there are only 2 normal books about AP...an i have them) about obe? If not an ebook, it can be the best articles/website, whatever about the topic.

[Edit:] where can i get good info about foc states (both theory and pratice)? btw, the ebooks that i spoke above must be for free is possible.

I need to relearn a lot of theory that i forgot.

btw, i know that i can find some material here in AP, but i am asking about other sources, specially the ones with pdf files (for free if possible please)

Here is a great free e-book by Robert Peterson.  It's one of the first I read, and made me realise that I wasn't "off the wall"!!
