Title: 90 day workbook vs original book
Post by: Tom on August 29, 2002, 15:46:38
The thought which comes to mind is that the 90 day workbook is a way of organizing the practices in the book "Astral Dynamics". It does have things to add, though, and that is why it has value. That you get out of body twice every three months puts you well ahead of me. It is nice to have a structured approach to follow. Planning to try to get out of body more?

I'm rather new at practicing obe 1 1/2 a month or so and ive gotten a little further (deep relaxation, mild energy sensations, and vibrations once or twice.) I would just like to know a few opinions from my fellow practitioners on which books they found more helpful and why the 90 day work book or the more traditional books the 90 day work book does seem a little more well organized as far as having the days laid out accordingly with the planned exercises for that day.
any thoughtS , comments , suggestions? THANKS!
