This one for people who are experienced with phasing.......so when your attempting to phase do you people find the best time to try is when you are drifting to sleep or meditating or relaxing? please say what is the most effective state to try and phase from and why. Thx.

Are you asking about time of day or what state of mind you're in prior to attempting?

If you're asking time of day, then you really just need to experiment and find out what time works best for you.  Morning, afternoon, evening or night.
I've heard of people having a lot of success in the morning though.

If you're asking what state of mind?  Then projecting from a meditative state is probably the *hardest* to accomplish... meanwhile, projecting while falling asleep is slightly less complicated... and projecting after waking up from a nap is the easiest.

I use the following reasoning for this:  When you're waking up from a nap or sleep (it doesn't matter how long), your mind is still partially in that perfect state required to initiate a projection.  While if you attempt from a meditative state, you need to put yourself into that "perfect state" prior to initiating your projection.  Doing it while falling asleep is slightly easier, only because your mind is drifting in that general direction anyway... you just need to keep it consciously aware.

This applies really to all forms of projection... classic separation obes and phasing.

This sounds nice, i'll try it tonight.
So close but so far to projecting. It'll come one day, i'll just have to wait.

For me I've only been able to after getting a good 5 hours of sleep - preferably 7 - and that's usually between 6am and 9am. I get the heavy vibrations after taking a nap, though, so should try it sometime.

Me too- I usually measure it as 'two hours before the usual time you get up'.
