Help! I'm stuck?

My name is Nicole and I have been living away from my family for a few years now.

When I lived with my parents I'd have these weird experiences where I would float around (everywhere) in complete Darkness. Fast or slow.I can't open my eyes and I can't control floating around. I CANT CONTROL ANYTHING...

Now every time I stay the night in my old bedroom It happens again. Only each time it takes longer and longer to get back into my body.

I feel stuck and angry, frustrated and scared. I wake up so Mad.

I have astral traveled before as a child. I used to fly around and It was amazing, beautiful and one of the best feelings in the world...

But now I can't. I'm stuck. I have NO control. And it's only in that one room at my parents house. Why not at my house in the city?
And how can I control it? Is it actually astral traveling or Is it something else doing this to me?
Can someone please help me?

It sounds like a blind astral projection to me. Perhaps it happens each time because you expect it to happen. Try changing something like where you sleep in the room or which end of the bed you lie on. Try deliberately projecting from that room, and see if the same thing happens.
