Do you completely lose feeling of your physical body during it or are you highly relaxed but can still sense it is there a bit?

HI Donal,

It depends on the depth one reaches during trance levels.  I do hypnosis and while my subjects go into Somnambulism and Deep Somnambulism they can still feel their body in a very relaxed state while their mind more aware.

When I guide them even deeper beyond Deep Somnambulism into the Esdaile State and even further their body seems to disappear meaning
(the feeling of the body is gone completely).

I hope this helps.

Sincerely,
Frank (hypnotist1)

In Focus 10, you can still feel your body - but it feels remote, fuzzy, numb, inflated, etc.

For an excellent read on Focus 10, read Major Tom's article if you haven't already.

Thanks. I have one more question.

When I am deeply relaxed I can make my physical/ or energy body (not sure which one)move with intent. Like I can make my body "move up" if I want it to, but I move my physical body too.

What do you think this is? Can you make your physical body move by itself with intent too?
