Just do it until your body gets used to the exit sensations. I have a similar problem with what I call soul spasms and also with the sometimes extremely rapid onset of the exit vibrations. They still break my concentration somewhat but I'm getting better at ignoring the worst (Hmm or maybe best?) sensations.
It's something like when some people take up scuba (myself included when I first started) breathing becomes erratic and they start holding more and more and more air in their lungs when they're under water.
Just do it until it doesn't feel so weird anymore.

All those sensations are very natural. I hardly notice them cause I can completely focuse on my inner body and put it in motion in order to project.

Ignore them, act natural, be indifferent, it's like pretending you are still asleep, just drift, go with the flow and your projection will happen very naturally.

Where does this silence come from?

Hi,
I have recently been attempting conscious projection, and can get into trance, and do astral travelling technique, the most effective is rope and when I just feel myself floating away.  I know I can project and get the vibes in about a few minutes, the only problem is that my breath starts involuntarily holding, or my chest expands involuntarily (amongst big heart activity and some twitching). It prevents me from getting anywhere.  Please, how can I stop this, why does my breathing and my chest always go crazy when I'm nearly there?
Thanks

P.S. Just getting more relaxed doesn't help
