negs and attacks etc

hello to the people

i beleive i was attacked by a neg.....

when basking in my fully active energy body  i sometimes feel  areas of my body go more tingly than usual and begin to throb in not a painful,  but uncomfortable way   <----  is this the work of negs?

also in the same basking stage of my energy body,  i see flashes of disgusting, horrific, scary, deformed, demonic faces etc etc   are these the negs Robert speaks of?
