About Theta state....

Some Q's about Theta state as I am wanting to enter it as it seems alot is possible in this state including OBE's.

So what does Theta feel like? is it really effective to go into OBE once strongly in Theta? anyone know the quickest way to get into Theta?

Please reply if your experienced with this state pls or know enough about it. Ty.

Theta is reachable in a deep state of meditation.
In my own practice I found that in order to go deep into meditation you need a clean chakra system. The energy has to be able to flow bottom up without interruption due to a chakra block in between.
Slow deep breathing, finding a posture to fool the mind into letting go, such as letting the head hang down or really lowering eyelids really helps me.
Then everything goes by itself, you feel a pleasant buzz in your head, you follow that buzz and as you do so, you go deeper. Whenever I'm not careful tho, I become unconscious very quickly. One has to find a balance between a tiny bit of focus but without kicking oneself out of the theta state.

Theoretically I think it should be very easy to pop out in the theta state but I haven't done it.

Theta feels differently at times.  It can feel like you're very sleepy and then suddenly you're very awake, or it can feel like all of a sudden things got 'weird'.  That's the best I can do.
Yes, theta is the state that is easiest to go OBE, but some find deep Theta easier than light Theta, and vice-versa.  If you can keep your awareness, you can even exit in Delta, but most likely it'll happen in theta.
There is no quick way to get into theta unless you're already sleepy.  That's why I advocate getting up two hours early and then do your meditation.  Because you will get sleepy quicker, and your brain synchronize quicker.

I think I slipped into astral travel listening to theta waves without consciously trying, and can slip into visualization and/or astral travel quickly with theta tracks.

There has to be a cool and easy way to get yourself to theta state. Someone needs to invent something so that we can all hit this state when we want. Might help prove to the world that there is more than just the physical.

Congrats.  You just figured out how to do it.  :)
Projection isn't something you consciously force.  It's something, as you just found out, that you unconsciously allow to happen.
