Adderall

I have a question, I was recently given a prescription for Adderall.  When I take it I often have a feeling of being out of body while the drug is in effect.  I was wondering if anyone else on the same prescription has a similar feeling.  While Im not pro using artificial means to project I am on the medication anyway and might as well take advantage if possible.
