Good first couple experiences.

Hello, brand new here! I only started looking up OBE's yesterday and had very interesting results! first of all Id like to say I have entered sleep paralysis many many times throghout my life (currently 18 years of age) I even experienced sleep paralysis the day before I started to learn about OBE's (2 days ago) when I learned sleep paralysis was linked to OBE's I decided to give it a shot!

Last night was my first attempt, I foucsed on my breathing, and allowed all thoughts to come in and out of mine, not foucusing to much on them. I got to a point after what seemed less than 15 minutes of this where my reality became me sitting in my compuer room at my computer (though I was attempting the OBE in a completely differrent room) the enviroment was very vivid and felt like more intense lucid dream, a rush entered my body along with fear, I then felt my body lying still in my bed for a moment of paralysis before I woke up (lack of a better term since I know my mental state of mind was awake the whole time).

The feeling of being in my room was incredible, im not sure if it was an OBE becuase the experience was brief, but I know for sure during the experience my body slept and my mind was awake.


I woke up early and slightly tired this morning, and not yet having to go to school I tried again. This time I entered sleep paralysis and remained in my bedroom. Lying in my bed frozen but Aware I felt my eyes open to look around the room (my physical body had not opened its eyes, please bare with me because this is slightly hard to explain) I tried very hard to get out of my bed, i was trying to sit up and started to! but the effort causes me to open my eyes in reality and screw it all up.


What do you guys think? any suggestions?

often when i OBE it starts in frount of my PC infact the first OBE i remember was me waking up in frount of my PC. even though it was short I would say you had an OBE
welldone!

I agree with NoY congrats on projecting. You are alot further along then most who just got here!
