Howdy yall!
I'm an astral projection newbie, and my fascination with astral projection was sprung on by a spontaneous obe. I was wondering if it is possible for another individual to aid in astral projection. As in another astral being helping mine into the astral plane.
If you're in SP then someone can come to you and pull you out, if you want you can ask your guide to pull you out.
Whos my guide? How do I find them?
Also I meant in regards to other astral travelers like people on this forum
